Hello MdCV Families,
My name is Mr. Ford, and I am truly honored to serve as the new principal of Marais des Cygnes Valley Jr./Sr. High School. I come to you with over 25 years of experience in education—as a teacher, coach, and administrator—and I’m excited to join a district and community that values relationships, student success, and small-town pride.
My wife Amanda and I live in Lebo, and we have four children—two of whom are still students here at MdCV. As both a parent and principal, I care deeply about the experiences our students have each day. I look forward to building strong connections with our families and continuing the great work already happening at MdCV.
Whether it’s in the classroom, at a ballgame, or during community events, I’m eager to get to know you. Please feel free to reach out, stop by, or just say hello when you see me around. Together, we’ll make this a great year for the MdCV Trojans!
