We like happy news, so the Tireless Teacher Award was created to celebrate our staff. It is a rotating award, passed between buildings by the previous recipient. Sure, it is a bit of a “white elephant” award - a dusty old tire, but it sure draws attention, an opportunity to have a good laugh, but also provide positive recognition for our folks as they work hard for their students. This month’s recipient is Kindergarten Teacher, Missy Criqui! Thank you for your hard work! Congrats!

Our kindergarten class has been learning the letters M and O so they drew MOM. Looks like we have some future artist on our hands!

Books may be returned to either building

Our first early release day will be Wednesday, September 2. Buses will leave the schools at 12:20 PM. There will be NO PM Preschool!! If you have questions or need to let the school know of an alternate plan for that day please call the school!

Please contact Judy Lacey if you would like to sign up. jlacey@usd456.org Please sign up before September 18th. Our shirt order will be put in at that time!!! Shirt availability after that date will not be guaranteed.
