Marais des Cygnes Valley would like to recognize and celebrate our school nurse, Lauren Jerore, RN, BSN, for School Nurse Appreciation Day.
Lauren plays an important role in taking care of our students, staff, and school community. Whether she is helping a student who does not feel well, managing medical needs, communicating with families, supporting staff, or simply providing a calm and caring presence, Lauren helps make MdCV a safer and healthier place for everyone.
School nurses do much more than many people ever see. They are problem-solvers, caregivers, listeners, and advocates for students. Lauren brings compassion, professionalism, and steady care to our district each day, and we are grateful for the way she serves our Trojan family.
At MdCV, we know that student health and student success go hand in hand. Lauren’s work helps our students feel supported, cared for, and ready to learn. Her dedication makes a difference, and we appreciate all she does behind the scenes and throughout the school day.
