Mrs. Cope
was born and raised in Wellington , Kansas. She grew up on 80 acres
just outside the city limits, giving her an appreciation of the
rural lifestyle.
She attended
Kansas State Teachers College (KSTC), which later became Emporia
Kansas State College (EKSC), and today it goes by the name of Emporia State
University (ESU). From this institution she
graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education, with majors in English and Spanish and a minor in French.
In 2002 Mrs. Cope completed the college hours required to add Journalism certification to her teaching license, and in 2005 she fulfilled degree requirements for the Masters of Library Science. Her husband and daughter are also graduates of Emporia State University.
¡Bienvenido
al mundo hispanohablante!
Me
tarea. ¡Hay mucho aprender!
Saludos,
Señora Cope
