Meet Lisa Reeser

My name is Lisa Reeser. I was born and raised in rural Melvern, Kansas. I attended Marais des Cygnes Valley for my K-12 education. I then attended Kansas State University graduating with a bachelors in Elementary Education in 2001. I returned in the 2002-2003 school year to Marais des Cygnes Valley to begin my teaching career. My first year at MdCV, I taught third grade, I then moved to JH and have been there ever since. I’m now in my eighth year of teaching, fourth year as Head JH Girl’s Volleyball Coach, and sixth year as Assistant HS Girl’s Basketball Coach.
In 2001, I was united in marriage to my husband Tim. We were blessed in May of 2007 with the birth of our daughter Allison Jenae and are expecting our second in late April of 2010. Besides spending time with my family, I enjoy hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors and photography.
