Meet Kathy Cope

Mrs. Cope
was born and raised in Wellington , Kansas. She grew up on 80 acres
just outside the city limits, giving her an appreciation of the
rural lifestyle.
She attended
Kansas State Teachers College (KSTC), which then became Emporia
Kansas State College (EKSC), and today it goes by the name of Emporia State
University (ESU). From this institution she
graduated with majors in English and Spanish and a minor in French.
In 2002 she completed the college hours required to add Journalism
certification to her teaching license, and in 2005 she fulfilled
degree requirements for the Masters of Library
Science.
Mrs. Cope is a member of the Kansas Association of School Librarians (KASL) and the Kansas World Languages Association (KSWLA).

gustan hablar español y
francés, escribir en inglés, leer los libros, y enseñar a
MdCV.
Vivo en
el campo y tengo muchos mascotas: tres perros, cuatro gatos, y
varias vacas.
También
mi esposo y mi hija son graduados de ESU.
Nos
vemos al colegio. Siempre mira, escucha, practica, y haz la
tarea. ¡Hay mucho aprender!
