Meet Joy Isch
By Joy Isch
I grew up and went to school in Gridley. After graduating, I went to Emporia State University. I got my teaching degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education. I taught 4th grade for four years at Burlington Elementary School. While teaching in Burlington, I decided to go back to school to get my Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in Learning Disabilities. Following this, I worked as an After-School Coordinator for the 21st Century Community Learning Center for four years at Southern Coffey County. I am now very proud to be employed by the Three Lakes Educational Cooperative as an Interrelated Teacher here at MdCV Elementary School. I have been blessed with four wonderful children: Makaela, Mariah, Tate and Koby.
