Meet Judy Lacey
I was born in Longview, Texas. I attended Hallsville ISD from Kindergarten -12th grade. I graduated from Hallsville High School in 1992. I attended Kilgore College for 1 ½ years. I then transferred to Emporia State University. I majored in Elementary Education with an area of concentration in Special Education. I graduated from ESU in December 1998. I have taught Special Education K-5 in Sterling, Colorado and have been a long term substitute in 3 different school districts. My Family and I live in Melvern. My husband, Mark, was a 1993 alum of MdCV. We have two children, Bayleigh who is in 2nd grade and Cole who is in Kindergarten this year. I love watching the kids help their daddy work the cattle. I also love to scrapbook with my girlfriends.
