Chester Drawers Visit

Children's book author Eddie Bowman, also know as Chester Drawers, entertained MdCV Elementary students September 14. He played the guitar while having the students sing along the songs from his four "Silly Songs" books. The song writer and entertainer addressed various topics with the children ranging from drugs and alcohol to being positive and avoiding a negative attitude. He also stressed the importance of reading.
