MDCV 2009-2010 Timeline for Grades
August 20, 2009
Tuesday, September 8th ( 8:00 a.m. ) – All student eligibility grades are due. Warning week for students will be September 8-11th.
Tuesday, September 22nd ( 3:30 p.m.) – All 1st quarter progress report grades must be posted in the grade book. Progress reports will be printed and sent home on Friday, September 25th.
Monday, October 26th ( 3:30 p.m.) -- All 1st quarter grades must be posted in the grade book. Report cards will be printed and handed out at parent/teacher conferences on October 27 & 28th.
Monday, November 16th (8:00 a.m.) – All student eligibility grades are due. Warning week for students will be November 16-20th.
Thursday, November 19th ( 3:30 p.m.) – All 2nd quarter progress report grades must be posted in the grade book. Progress reports will go home Tuesday, November 24th.
Tuesday, January 5th (3:30 p.m.) -- All 2nd quarter and 1st semester report grades must be posted in the grade book. Report cards will go home on Thursday, January 7th.
Tuesday, January 25th ( 8:00 a.m.) – All student eligibility grades are due. Warning week for students will be January 25-29th.
Tuesday, February 9th ( 3:30 p.m.) – All 3rd quarter progress report grades must be posted in the grade book. Progress reports will go home on Friday, February 12th.
Tuesday, March 23rd ( 3:30 p.m.) – All 3rd quarter grades must be posted in the grade book. Reports cards will go home on Friday, March 26th.
Monday, April 5th ( 8:00 a.m.) – All student eligibility grades are due. Warning week for students will be April 5-9th.
Tuesday, April 20th ( 3:30 p.m.) – All 4th quarter progress report grades must be posted in the grade book. Progress reports will go home one Friday, April 23rd.
Tentative dates for grades for Seniors and 8th graders 4th quarter and 2nd semester grades are: Monday, May 3rd for Seniors & Monday, May 10th for 8th graders. (depending on trip dates) Graduations are Sunday, May 16th.
Friday, May 21st ( 3:30 p.m.) – All 4th quarter and 2nd semester grades must be posted in the grade book. Report cards will be mailed home on Wednesday, May 26th.
