MdCV 2011-2012 Timeline for Grades
Monday, September 12th (8:00 a.m. ) – All student eligibility grades are due. Warning week for students will be September 12-16th.
Wednesday, September 21nd (3:30 p.m.) – All 1st quarter progress report grades must be posted in the grade book. Progress reports will be printed and sent home on Friday, September 23rd.
Friday, October 21st (3:30 a.m.) -- All 1st quarter grades must be posted in the grade book. Report cards will be printed and handed out at parent/teacher conferences on October 25th & 26th.
Monday, November 14th (8:00 a.m.) – All student eligibility grades are due. Warning week for students will be November 14th-18th.
Friday, November 18th (3:30 p.m.) – All 2nd quarter progress report grades must be posted in the grade book. Progress reports will go home Tuesday, November 22nd.
Tuesday, January 3rd (3:30 p.m.) -- All 2nd quarter and 1st semester report grades must be posted in the grade book. Report cards will go home on Thursday, January 5th.
Monday, January 23rd (8:00 a.m.) – All student eligibility grades are due. Warning week for students will be January 23rd-27th.
Tuesday, February 7th (3:30 p.m.) – All 3rd quarter progress report grades must be posted in the grade book. Progress reports will go home on Friday, February 10th.
Friday, March 9th (3:30 p.m.) – All 3rd quarter grades must be posted in the grade book. Reports cards will printed and handed out at parent/teacher conferences on March 13th or March 15th.
Monday, April 9th (8:00 a.m.) – All student eligibility grades are due. Warning week for students will be April 9th-13th.
Tuesday, April 17th (3:30 p.m.) – All 4th quarter progress report grades must be posted in the grade book. Progress reports will go home on Thursday, April 19th.
Tentative dates for grades for Seniors and 8th graders 4th quarter and 2nd semester grades are: Monday, May 1st for Seniors & Monday, May 7th for 8th graders. (depending on trip dates) Graduations are Sunday, May 13th.
Thursday, May 17th (3:30 p.m.) – All 4th quarter and 2nd semester grades must be posted in the grade book. Report cards will be mailed home on Tuesday, May 22nd.
