Clubs perform community service

The FCCLA and FBLA clubs combined forces on Wednesday, September 12, to clean the ditches along Highway 75 from the Melvern ramp to the Olivet exit. A total of 21 members helped in the effort.
The event started at 6 p.m. and ended around 7:30 p.m. Aftewards the group was treated to pizza and drinks in the FACS classroom. Members contributed $2 each to help defray the cost of refreshments. This is an annual community service project by the organizations.
