Meet Carrie Lingenfelter

I was born in Emporia, Kansas. I grew up in Melvern, Ks and attended Marais des Cygnes Valley school. I went to college at Emporia State University. My husband, Jeremy, is a Junior High teacher and coach at MdCV. We have one son, Wyatt. He is 3 years old. He loves to hang out with Dad on the weekends in the new shop and work on “stuff”.
I teach 2nd grade and this is my first year teaching this age level. I taught 4th grade last year and previously was an interrelated teacher at MdCV elementary for 6 years.
I enjoy spending time with my family. I am also in a volleyball league in Topeka with a group of girls and enjoy doing this one night a week.
